  1.                          PAGINATION COMMANDS

  3. <HARD  PAGEBREAK>  inserts a hard pagebreak before the current line. A
  4. hard pagebreak will not be removed by the repagination operation.
  5.  
  6. <SOFT PAGEBREAK> inserts a soft pagebreak before the current  line.  A
  7. soft pagebreak will be removed by the repagination  operation  if  the
  8. break is found to be at the wrong place.
  9.  
  10. <PAGINATE>  will  insert soft pagebreaks in your text where ever a new
  11. page is supposed to start. The length of a page is calculated as :
  12.       bottom  margin - top margin + 1.
  13. Refer to  the  format  block  for  the  margin  parameters.  Any  soft
  14. pagebreaks found out of place will be removed, and new soft pagebreaks
  15. put in at the correct place. Hard pagebreaks will remain untouched.
  16.     It's important to know that the repagination operation starts from
  17. the  current line. If you want to repaginate the entire document, move
  18. to the top line of the file.
  19.     Before pagination is done, you can  specify  if  you  want  widows
  20. removed, orphans removed, or both.
